2. Services
JBS Worldtech Ltd offers architecture, construction, structural engineering, property development, renovation and luxury interior design services. All formal engagements are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, drawings, renders, logos and brand marks — is the exclusive property of JBS Worldtech Ltd and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. No part may be reproduced or republished without prior written consent.
4. Quotations & Estimates
Quotes issued through the Site are preliminary and based on the information provided. Final pricing is established only after site assessment and execution of a formal contract. Estimates remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
5. Project Engagement
All projects are governed by an executed Project Agreement specifying scope, deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, change-order procedures and warranty terms. These Terms supplement — but do not replace — that agreement.
6. Payment Terms
Standard engagements operate on a milestone payment schedule. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding sums. Work may be suspended where payments fall thirty (30) days overdue.
7. Warranties & Liability
We provide a 12-month defects-liability warranty on all completed works from practical completion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any project is limited to the fees paid to us under that project.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold JBS Worldtech Ltd harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites and disclaim all liability arising from their use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which through arbitration in Benin City under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
